By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personalised Orders

All tins are made to order and personalised to your specifications. Please ensure all names, dates, wording, and design details are checked carefully before approving your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for customer errors once production has begun.

2. Handmade Products

Each tin is handmade and individually finished, making every piece unique. As a result, slight imperfections, minor marks, or small variations may occur and are considered part of the handmade nature and character of the product, not faults.

3. Colour Variations

We make every effort to ensure colours appear as accurately as possible; however, slight colour differences may occur between digital proofs, screen displays, and final printed products due to printing processes and monitor settings.

4. Food Safe Tins

Our tins are supplied empty and are food safe, allowing customers to fill them with food items of their choice. Once filled by the customer, we are not responsible for the storage, suitability, freshness, allergens, or safety of any contents placed inside the tins.

5. Customer Responsibility for Filled Contents

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring any food or items placed inside the tins comply with relevant food hygiene, allergen, and safety requirements.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. Any issues must be reported within [48 hours / 2 days] of delivery with photographs.

7. Handmade Variations

Minor differences in finish, alignment, texture, or print placement may occur and are not considered defects.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers should allow sufficient time when ordering for special events.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and product concepts remain the property of Evermade Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
